1. Overview trynuvra.com is operated by Nuvra ("we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Products We try to show our products' colors and details accurately, but your screen may display them slightly differently. Our sleep masks are comfort and sleep-accessory products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have an eye condition, sleep disorder or other health concern, talk to your doctor before use.
3. Prices and orders Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud); if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Bundle offers and discounts apply only as shown at checkout and can't be combined unless stated.
4. Payment Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

9. Disclaimer The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee specific results (such as better sleep), because everyone is different.
10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
