Free Standard Shipping on every US order.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) before they ship.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on our page. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show its first update.
Where we ship: we currently ship within the United States only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses (these may take longer).
Delays and lost packages If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email support@trynuvra.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly, but email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped.
Multiple items Bundles (2-packs and 3-packs) may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Duties and taxes: none for US orders.
