No need to send it back
Once your request is approved, you keep the item. We may ask for a photo of the product to process your request.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You keep the item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees, including Express Insured Shipping, aren't refundable.
